Background Story
I am an experienced social care recruiter and manager, who has worked in the sector since leaving university over 18 years ago. I am extremely passionate about the social care industry and matching talented individuals with reputable companies.
After setting up the Charles Hunter Associates temporary social care division 7 years ago it has gone from strength to strength. We have a fantastic pool of agency Carers, Support Workers and Nurses. Plus a loyal, incredible group of clients who we are privileged to provide staff to.
My journey within Charles Hunter Associates continues on an exciting path and I thoroughly enjoy retaining and developing new client and candidate relationships and providing the best possible care to our end clients.
